Please note: HUD modified their income calculations this year to include a 9.23% cap on increases from the
previous year. The numbers published 04/03/2025 match those posted by TCAC (published 04/24/2025; effective date 04/01/2025) and HCD (published 04/25/2025; effective date 04/23/2025).
